Matt Dornic
President & Founder

Matt Dornic has spent much of his career publicizing the media ventures and outlets that now drive public opinion. Dornic was behind announcements such as the world’s first campus-wide podcasting initiative, Accuweather video on Verizon VCAST, the first Apple iTunes U integration, use of rich- media lectures in colleges and universities, and content registration initiatives for UGV sites like YouTube.

Dornic's clients have appeared in top tier publications such as the New York Times, Entrepreneur Magazine, Business Week, The Washington Post, USA Today, and the LA Times. He has landed features in TV Week, Nature, The Deal, and many other trade, business, and broadcast outlets. In addition, Dornic has been featured in The Washington Business Journal, and quoted on MSNBC.com and CNN.com as a Gen Y business leader.

 

Becca Glover
Agency Director

Becca Glover is no stranger to online media. Prior to joining 3 Dog, Becca held court as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Becca served civil and defense markets as a business analyst and subject matter expert in the field of Pay per Click marketing.

Prior to her time at Booz Allen, Becca managed search engine optimization and pay per click ad campaigns for a leading equestrian website with spectacularly positive results. Additionally, Becca assisted in the customization of software applications, acted as database manager and managed advertising campaigns.

Becca graduated from the University of Virginia and is an accomplished horsewoman. In addition to spending time at her family's farm, Becca and her husband enjoy entertaining with their dog, Poppy Popcorn.

 

Maile Krauss
Junior Account Manager (Extraordinaire)

Maile Krauss joined the 3 Dog team in 2008.  Don’t let her age fool you; Maile often leads up major client initiatives, special projects and events for the agency. Her fearless nature, drive and passion for media relations earn her major street credibility with 3 Dog’s clients, vendors and partners.

3 Dog scored Maile from the Washington Wizards Marketing Department following the successful 07-08 campaign "Where Amazing Happens."

Originally from Palo Alto, CA but educated in public communications at American University, Maile combines California cool with Washington sensibility. Maile enjoys traveling, all things sports and was a collegiate volleyball player. Most days Maile can be found holding a blackberry and wearing a smile.

 

Donald Burke

The graphic artist formally known as "Donald" answers to Burke around 3 Dog HQ (we felt it was more marketable). Burke is a third year marketing student in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, Burke specializes in creative design. As the Design Manager for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs, and Layout Specialist for New Academia Press, he brings to the 3 Dog team a nuanced expertise in print media and publishing. Burke hails from the one and only beautiful Jersey Shore, and enjoys theater and travel in his nonexistent spare time.
